#2

I use word when it comes to MLA and APA format, otherwise I don't know too much. I've seen my teachers use it to type notes on while we scribble away. I know they make tests with word. Or maybe some test multiple choice scrambling software. Many teachers use the power point function which I feel lacks luster. I remember my first year in college and I would wonder why the teacher would not make use of the smart boards that cost so much money. They were not equipped with the skills thats why!

I have no experience with copyright, except for citations in bibliographies. It would be ideal for me to have all original material as a teacher but I feel as though I would take too long in the process. I do not have money to pay for using other's creative work, so I can only cite. I  understand that photocopying may be considered criminal. Fair use seems pretty nice as it benefits nonprofit organizations. My personal ideas are that knowledge should be accessible!
